A student is presumed that disappeared when its absence of 24 hours or more is inconsistent with his / her established patterns of behavior and the deviation can not be easily explained.

Reporting a prospective student is missing:

Any member of the community, including employees and students, which is concerned that a currently enrolled student may be missing must contact the Department of Public Safety at 956-217-6106. Any employee who receives a report of a possible missing student should immediately report the report to DPS, DPS will investigate all reports and determine if a student is missing. If it is determined that to be reported missing dps DPS Academy. Other DPS must notify the police department and either Mcallen inforced appropriate law enforcement agency as required.
